We set up a picnic area with balloons, a birthday cake, and snacks. Watching Neil interact with his little friends, playing on the swings and slides, and running around the open fields was heartwarming. The highlight of the day was when Neil’s face lit up as we sang “Happy Birthday” and he blew out his candles. It was a day of pure happiness and cherished moments.
